According to the wife of the party leader Tarana Safarsoy, on November 24, numerous officers of the Khazar District Police Department of Baku conducted a search in her house in the Bina settlement on the outskirts of Baku without presenting a warrant, after which they took Rza Safarsoy away.

“When the police searched our house, they kept me in their car for almost two hours. In the meantime, they turned everything in the house upside down. They took computers, mobile phones and other technical equipment from our house. At the same time, they did not present any documents on the search, nor did they draw up an act on the seizure of equipment as a result of the search. After the search was completed, they took my husband away with them. On November 25, I was also interrogated at the Khazar District Police Department”
