Adnan Ahmedzade has been arrested

The Sabail District Court of Baku has ordered four months of pretrial detention for Adnan Ahmedzade.

Among the criminal cases opened by the State Security Service of Azerbaijan, Ahmedzade is accused of provocation against economic security and embezzlement on a large scale.

Ammedzade previously served as Deputy Head of SOCAR's Investment Department.
