Sentence: On November 2, 2018, he was sentenced by the Ganja Court to three years' imprisonment.
New Arrest: His sentence expired in 2020, but he was not released, and a new case was opened against him on fabricated charges. He was accused of committing the crime along with Yunis Safarov, even though Zeynalov was in prison during the 2018 assassination attempt on the mayor of Ganja.
