On March 10, 2023, Ismayil Ismayilov, a resident of Beylagan, was sentenced by the Lankaran District Court to four months of imprisonment in a pretrial detention facility during the preliminary investigation. The Lankaran District Court subsequently extended his pretrial detention during the investigation.
