A well-known theologian in the south, Jamir Agayev, has been under surveillance by police in the Jalilabad district since the end of last year. On February 6, theologian Jamir Agayev was arrested and sentenced the same day to four months of imprisonment in a pretrial detention center during the preliminary investigation.
